You may not use, reproduce or distribute anything from this source without a written permission of the copyright owner.  Conversionstats is a free conversion tracking tool, however, we reserve the right to modify what services and options will be released under the free offering.  By accepting these Terms and Conditions you agree to use all the services by Conversionstats for your personal use only. You may not modify, sell or use the given data for gain purposes.  We notify that each user can have only one account. In case the user registered under different names, his/her account will be suspended.

Conversionstats.com provides no warranties of validity as for the content published on the site. It is user's duty to verify all claims which are presented via the site.  You agree not to use Conversionstats in any way that is unlawful or breaks the present Terms and Conditions of Conversionstats.com.  We retain all ownership and rights to this conversion tracking system, including software, trademark, logo, databases and the site. In case the agreement is broken, you will remove Conversionstats' logo, trademark, and code from your site or other sources.  Conversionstats.com may modify or discontinue any service without prior notice to you, and it has the right to deactivate your account if you violated any of the given Terms and Conditions.

The liability of Conversionstats.com is limited, and our operators are not responsible for any damage resulting from your use of Conversionstats tool and services. You agree to never sue the site for any reason or legal issue.

Conversionstats.com reserves the right to modify any part of these Terms and Conditions without sending a notice to you. Any usage of this site or Conversionstats tracking system implies that you have read and accepted the latest version of the Terms and Conditions.

Refund in First 15 Days

If you are not completely satisfied with our Conversionstats services, and you notify Conversionstats in writing to support@conversionstats.com within the first 15 days of your contract that you wish to cancel, you will be given a full refund of the contract amount, excluding setup fees and overages. If a refund is due, you will be notified by e-mail; it can take up to 30 days after cancellation of your contract to receive your refund. If you have not received your refund after 30 days, please send an e-mail to support@conversionstats.com
